Women’s Economic Empowerment projects
This comprehensive program aims to elevate and empower emerging ventures across Sudan’s diverse regions, through a combination of online and offline channels. It encompasses the following key pillars:
Capacity Building:
– Training & Development Division: Offering tailored capacity-building programs, both online and offline.
– Consultancy & Advisory Services: Providing expert guidance on various business dimensions.
Financing & Sustainability:
– Financing Division: Facilitating access to funding opportunities with banking institutions and donor organizations.
Geographic Expansion:
The initiative commenced operations in Khartoum and has since scaled to Port Sudan, Kassala, Al-Qadarif, and Darfur. There are plans to reach additional states through intensive training, advisory support, and financing interventions.

– 3 cycles completed, 75 projects trained, 15 women financed
– Targets 2 million women in Eastern, River Nile, and Northern states
– Focuses on displaced women, reviving and scaling their ventures
– Expertise in Marketing, Financial Management, Sales, and Project Development
– Launched in Red Sea state, with plans for expansion to other regions
SPAVA is a consultancy program designed to support Sudanese women entrepreneurs with over 3 years of business experience. Funded by GIZ and coordinated by WE Hub in partnership with Feed, the program provides tailored advisory services to help participants scale their ventures.
The curriculum covers critical areas like strategic planning, financial management, market expansion, and technological integration. Leveraging industry expertise, SPAVA equips established female entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools to drive business growth.
By targeting women-led enterprises with a proven track record, the program aims to amplify the impact of Sudanese female entrepreneurs. This collaborative initiative between GIZ, WE Hub, and Feed demonstrates a commitment to empowering women leaders and advancing inclusive economic development in the country.
