3PWomen: Mentoring Emerging Entrepreneurs
3PWomen is a monthly peer-to-peer program that supports the growth of Sudanese women-led startups. Through structured discussions and one-on-one mentoring, participants engage in collaborative learning to refine their business strategies and navigate entrepreneurial challenges.
The program’s emphasis on peer learning enables participants to learn from each other’s successes and strategies, inspiring them to innovate further. 3PWomen also connects emerging entrepreneurs with experienced mentors who provide guidance on critical business areas, such as streamlining production, securing strategic partnerships, and expanding customer bases.
By fostering a supportive ecosystem, 3PWomen empowers its participants to develop their businesses more effectively. The program plays a crucial role in cultivating the next generation of female business leaders in Sudan, contributing to the broader goal of fostering a more inclusive and vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.
